Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare, package, and hand your order to the carrier — it does not include transit time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including Standard and Express Shipping.
Please note that “Express Shipping” refers to the shipping carrier and service level used, not the speed of our internal processing or handling time.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery speed and handling are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery disputes or claims.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order — changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot control or predict these costs.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, we can resend it once additional shipping fees are paid. Refunds for such cases will exclude original shipping costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that period, we cannot guarantee any modifications, as orders may already be processing.
